The Chimney Rock Village Council and the Village Planning Board meeting takes place on the third Tuesday of the month. All meetings are held in the Community Meeting room at Chimney Rock Village Volunteer Fire Department.

The Planning Board meets at 6 pm, (as needed) and the Village Council meets at 7:30 pm. 

Meetings are open to the public and citizens may sign up to speak or simply show up.
