ADDITIONAL PERMIT REQUIREMENTS FOR WATERFRONT / FLOODPLAIN PROPERTIES

  • In addition to submitting the required materials for approval of the required “ Zoning Ordinance Compliance / Land Disturbance Permit”, all waterfront / floodplain located properties shall submit the following information, where applicable, with the above permit application for review purposes:

    1. Elevation Certificate

    2. “No Rise / No Impact” Study

    3. Hydrostatic Study/Engineered Foundation Plan

    The above listed material must be prepared by a Professional Engineer

  • Note: For your assistance, a copy of the required Elevation Certificate and Instructions may be obtained by inserting “FEMA Form 81-31 February 2006” into a search engine such as “Google”.
