In order to provide for the health, welfare and safety of citizens and visitors to Chimney Rock

Village, it has been deemed necessary to require commercial uses to provide sanitary facilities for

employees.

(A) Each and every new commercial structure shall be equipped with sanitary facilities. Facilities

may be unisex and must be handicap accessible as per state or federal regulations.

(B) Any commercial use not equipped with sanitary facilities as set forth in division (A) above shall

be subject to a fine of $25 per day for each day the violation remains unabated.
