CHIMNEY ROCK VILLAGE PLANNING BOARD MEETING- OCTOBER 18,2005
This meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. with Peter O'Leary, Barbara Meliski, Ann Gaskey, and Bill Whitman, Chairman, present.
The agenda and minutes were approved.
No public comments on agenda topics.
Old business:- a. Final plat of Section 3 of The Falls at Chimney Rock-the street paving and the plat are in order. Ann asked if the road is on the property line-she was told it was close to the property line. Some discussion followed about the road. Ann made a motion to approve the fmal plat.
4-b. Consideration of adoption of various revisions to Article I through Article XII of the Chimney Rock Village Subdivision Regulations-Some explanation followed. TIlis should be the final version. Bill requested that this board recommend that the council continue with the public hearing. Approved.
